Positives: None Show more Negatives: Everything Comments: We purchased a preconstruction townhouse from Exquisite Developers in June of 2020. It was the worst experience we have ever had. It has completely turned us away from ever buying another reconstruction home. There were too many issues to list, but here are the most notable. The water main into the house was broken and flooding the basement of a law office that was next door. They turned our water off and backfed our water through a random garden hose. Our neighbour's water main and main sewer pipe were both broken and sewage was constantly backing up into their unit. They kept a unit to sell after the development was finished, it also had a broken water main that was never fixed. When I complained about the broken water main I was told it was a non issue. It was only fixed after I contacted Halton Public Health and told them. Do not ever purchase from Exquisite Developers. Show less
