Negatives: GH do no stand behind the poor quality of their sub-contractors
Comments: We have kitchen cabinets that were showing signs of extreme wear 6 months after moving in. Multiple emails with photos to document, multiple meetings with Geranium and Paris Kitchen (who supplied the cabinets and instructed us « to avoid touching the paint on the cabinets to avoid wear »), GH’s position on this is that this is normal wear and tear and not under warranty. I have had a few people in the cabinet industry look at these cabinet doors and they all agree - there is something wrong with the paint coverage on these and they need to be re-sprayed. Geranium considers this issue closed and won’t even return phone calls anymore. Disgusting. We have kitchen cabinets that look like they have been in use for 10 years now even though they are new (and we paid handsomely to « upgrade » them ...). While we did not choose Paris Kitchen as a supplier (and never would either after this disaster), one would hope that GH would have *some* pride in the build they put their name on...

Comments: Great Builder, got everything I asked for, living in Stouffville for the last 3 years with no issues. I just love my New Home, we are so glad to purchased New, no headaches just good living - thanks Geranium and all the staff that helped us during the process!
