Positives: Easy to work with, great build quality, unique and refreshing designs Show more Comments: I work closely with Harhay to help sell their developments. After selling for many builders, I can attest they are amongst the top in the city. Show less

Positives: The stairs seem to work great Show more Negatives: Quality of work is terrible, clearly these are not experienced developers and should not be building condos. Comments: When you always only ever have one elevator working in a two elevator building, something's probably wrong. Unfortunately these developers don't care to fix their lazy mistakes causing a daily inconvenience and pretty solid safety issues not having functional elevators. They cut corners building units and leave tons of unfinished features. This is terrible to start but it's clear no one there cares enough to fix their terrible work. Show less

Positives: Looks good from afar, but far from good. They choose good locations, but that's about it. Show more Negatives: Bad execution & workmanship, horrible customer service, poor construction management, unreliable & disfunctional appliances/fixtures/hardware which they recycle on every project, poor standards, slow. Comments: The company went through major changes in 2015 and went downhill from there. They lost their founder, had some turnover in their small company (many are inexperienced), and now developing on their own (they use to partner with others) -- the result is that they are building buildings way beyond their capability & knowledge, and don't know what is good design & construction. They treat their budget contractors very poorly which results in poor workmanship. Be sure to have an expert lawyer review your condo documents & agreements very carefully; hire a building inspector for your PDI's and follow up repairs; elect a knowledgable and expert Condo Board (to get the building turned around and properly executed); and be prepared for a challenging/frustrating first 4 or 5 years after completion. It will be a long tough fight to get them to fix and repair to a level comparable to your average condo builder. They only care about (barely) meeting code. Try to avoid them if you can. Show less
