Positives: Show more Negatives: Stay away from this builder at all costs! Comments: One of the trades people that came into the home put it best "infiniti homes = infinite problems". Stay Away From This Builder At All Costs!!!!! Our Contractual possession date was June 15th, 2014. Actual possession date was March 10th, 2015. Almost 9 months late with no compensation. The quality of the workmanship is poor and the site supervisor was incompetent. We have been in our home for 6 months now and still have many items on our deficiencies list that need to be rectified with no end in sight. On top of this we have had 3 major issues happen with the house: 1. Basement windows were found to have Absolutely No insulation around the windows. 2. Major leak from roof causing a waterfall down 2 flights of stairs and pooling into the basement. 3.t was found that the hot water hose the site supervisor connected became detached. water drain in the laundry room not connected so flooded kitchen below. The design is catchy, beautifully accented and crafted. Not sure about the heat/cooling but definitely loving the area! Show less
