Positives: Show more Negatives: Cheap materials and incomplete construction runs rife Comments: Cubbord doors missing handles, hit each other when opening them, rub and hit light fixtures. Missing trim and holes in the drywall around sprinkler heads. Holes at the bottom of the stairs where the wood trim is too short. I can see the joists under them. Electric circuits continually trip (water heater in my case...yes cold showers). Doors hit walls and each other, denting them. Appliances not hooked up upon move in. ***DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY**** Show less
