Positives: Quality built home, price
Show moreComments: We love our Kerley home. The quality in the construction and the value is clear. We were able to buy early on and pick some of our own options. We would absolutely recommend Kerley Family Homes. Show less

Positives: Location and purchase price
Show moreNegatives: Substandard workmanship and customer serviceComments: As HOA pres, and owner I feel compelled to speak out. Kerley built the final 40 townhouses in 2017. Since then the sheer volume of complaints is both alarming and should be concerning to everyone. Complaints started to flood in almost immediately after numerous owners purchased. In short, Poor workmanship, persistent leaks, damage to personal property, interior walls and flooring, burst pipes, exterior utility closet separating from the exterior wall of a home, sinkholes, faulty gutters and/or gutter not attached at all, faulty roof construction causing leaks, and many more. Buyer beware!Show less
