Positives: Show more Negatives: The quality & craftsmanship is absolutely terrible. Endless problems with thousands of dollars spent on getting our home to the standards we should have received it. Completely ruined our home Comments: Stay away from markay homes. Do not fall for the 30 years of experience. The owner rob lacks knowledge of building homes and does not take responsibility for any problems especially the big issues there were plenty. The handy man has no skill what so ever. Tries to fix one problem and makes another. Absolutely terrible. Dont fall for the advertising they are not the builder they once were known to be. Show less
