Positives: Beautiful design, excellent quality. Spacious Show more Negatives: About 1-2 years till the skytrain is built! Comments: Units built with quality, great open concept, love the spacious rooftop patio with built in speakers, modern designed interior and exterior (it’s the only townhomes I’ve seen with such beautifully designed buildings in surrey). After looking at many options i am considering to purchase my new home here! Show less

Positives: Very beautiful layout. Nice open concept. Spacious Show more Negatives: Very poor build quality. Paint is uneven and splotchy. Still has painters tape. Nails and carpet stains. Weird bulges in the unit we looked at.Looks like it was built in a rush. Comments: Went to potentially buy a townhouse from here and looked at a unit. Very shoddy job. The show room is beautiful but the actual units are a bad job. Show less
