Positives: None Show more Negatives: Not Trustworthy Comments: Booked a town home with Modeno Homes in 2020 in Niagara Falls with closing for 2022. It is 2025 and nothing has been done. As soon as they took the deposit they stopped responding. And I have come to know it was a scam right from the start. Moeno is now blaming the sister company Sabrina homes. Would love to hear from other people who invested in this project. in Niagara falls on Thompson Road. There were supposed to be 55 units in the project and was almost sold out. Also would request the Niagara Municipality to look into the project. Show less

Positives: Nothing positive. Show more Negatives: This company is nothing but a scam. Comments: Our house has had nothing but problems and we still haven't moved in because of it. They hire the lowest bidder for contractors which causes low-grade workmanship for basically everything, and then they refuse to pay the contractors for their work. It's amazing how this company hasn't been blacklisted or anything yet. Show less
