Positives: Show more Comments: I expected a comfortable and peaceful home in this townhouse, but the noise and vibrations from the mechanical room in the basement cause me daily stress. The developer promised to resolve this issue completely, but the problem remains unresolved, and they have not responded to my inquiries. This lack of communication is very disappointing. Show less
