Positives: Great location, new building Show more Negatives: A lot of notices, are not super helpful resolving issues Comments: It’s been overall pretty nice living here. However, it seems that every time there is a problem, it seems like such an inconvenience and nuisance for them. It takes many following ups and there is a very detailed tenant agreement but apparently squeaky chairs on poorly installed engineered hardwood floors is acceptable. Show less
