Positives: They look good
Show moreNegatives: building quality, piss poor soundproofing.Comments: If you're considering buying a townhouse from Valecraft Homes, BEWARE.
They clearly skimp on quality by using cheap, standard 2x4 construction because you’ll hear EVERYTHING. You’ll hear your neighbours sneeze, cough, and even breathe. It's honestly like living with roommates you didn't choose. This is NOT the quiet, peaceful home you expect to buy.
Valecraft builds at record speed to cash in on record prices, but they don’t give a damn about the comfort or peace of mind of their buyers. You own a portion of the block, but you're living with others in it – no privacy, no peace. The soundproofing is a joke, and it’s made clear that their only priority is cutting costs, not ensuring a quality living experience.
Buyer beware – you might be paying top dollar for a townhouse, but you're getting terrible quality. Make sure you know what you're getting into.Show less
