Positives: Show moreComments: My partner and I purchased a new home at Bertrand Creek in November 2016 from Epic Homes. Janine in the sales office was so helpful through the process and made the new home buying experience a pleasant one. We were the first owners to move in at Bertrand Creek and it has been a delight to watch the development grow and to meet our new neighbours.
Our home was beautifully finished and we have received numerous positive comments from friends and family who have come to visit.
Over the past year we have had a couple of small concerns but were dealt with promptly and professionally by Morgan and Serena at Epic Homes.
If you are looking at purchasing a new home I would highly recommend visiting the sales team at Bertrand Creek and chatting with Janine.Show less
Positives: diffferent shaped and sized lots...not cookie cutter lots
Show moreNegatives: minimal design choices and upgrades availableComments: Just went to showhome today....sale team says prices start in $900,000 and up
Mid-range homes...definitely not a 'foxridge' home. Basic interior finishing- no interior wood trim around windows, no undermount sinks (not even the option to upgrade!), minimal counterspace in kitchens. No plans with master and 3 bedrooms upstairs (only good for 2 kid families, not 3 or more). Only 3 homeplans available. No kitchen cabinet upgrades available- no pullout drawers, no glass doors on cabinetry. Pretty basic homes. Decorated and marketed well but plain in actual features for the price. Overpriced for what you get.
