Hälsa | Coming soon

Hälsa, a three-building residential development to be built near a public transit hub, will pursue endorsement from One Planet Living and will be among Toronto’s first prefabricated mass timber condo buildings. A joint venture between Windmill Developments and Leader Lane Developments, Hälsa’s three buildings will all be within a 10-minute walk of each other in Etobicoke’s Mimico neighbourhood. The buildings will share a design in blueprint, allowing for expedited planning and construction timelines and providing a model that can be replicated for future projects. The developers were inspired by Nordic sustainability standards and their emphasis on creating healthy, welcoming and sustainable places.
